Refund policy
Returns
For all our EU-customers (zone 1,2,3) we are offering a free return shipping service.
For returns from non-EU Countries (zone 4,5,6,7,8), please contact our customer service: shop@almazdesign.it
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@almazdesign.it
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the size you purchased does not fit. In any case, please send us an email at shop@almazdesign.it
